Server Update #2

- Removed Kelp from Shop (Shop)

- New Spawner Plugin

- Fixes to NPC

- Added a new NPC (ʙᴜʏᴇʀ) located in Spawn.

ʙᴜʏᴇʀ will buy sellable items from you. 

- /shop has been disabled for default players (Players will now need to go to spawn to buy/sell items and interact with NPCs)

- Fixed Towny Bonus Blocks

- Removed Breeze Spawner from Hostile Spawners

- Added Custom Recipes for Horse Armours
