Kingdom Season 1: Update #4

- Guardians only stacks by 5x

- Added a Chest Lock system to prevent people robbing chests

- Balanced Chest Shop Plugin

- Fixed and Re-configured the custom recipes

- Added a Restore plugin for Staff

- Changed Spawner Range to 25 Blocks

- Changed Ticks of Spawners to 1 Minute total

- Made newbie protection to 1 day

- Changed PvP timer to 50 seconds

- Updated Some plugins

- Added Starter Kits

- Performance configuration (lowered natural mob spawning)

- More bug fixes
